Matching colors to fragrance in only limited by your own imagination and preferences, but to make your life easier here is a good starting color guide chart from Cajun's Candle.
Mind you the number of drops in the chart refers to Cajun's concentrated liquid candle dyes. If you are you using any other kind of dye, you'll have to test, test and then test some more.
