I LOVE hurricane candles. They are beautiful, reusable, giving a warm relaxing light. What else do you need? Just put a tea-light or votive container inside, and you are set to go!

The trick in making hurricane shells is waiting only a short while after the wax is poured. The outer shell is already hard enough, but the inside is still liquid and can be poured out. Embedments are optional, but using them are very recommended.
